My approach

My approach is rooted in Person-centered therapy, where creating a warm supportive space of safety and trust is paramount.

Here, you’re encouraged to share your concerns, challenges and aspects of yourself freely without fear of judgment. In this therapeutic environment of empathy and acceptance you will be able to explore your thoughts, emotions and behaviours at your own pace, leading you to make connections between past experiences and present struggles.

In the initial phase of therapy, it is very important for me to really get to know you and your system, to listen deeply to your story and experiences. Following this period, our aim shifts towards reaching a state of stability and empowerment, prerequisites for addressing wounded parts and trauma using the therapeutic modalities of EMDR and IFS.

I firmly believe that each person possesses an innate wisdom to find their answers and navigate their life’s choices. It is a privilege to accompany each person on their inner journey, providing a sanctuary and holding space for reflection and support, to cultivate conditions conductive to healing and change.
